Academy Aviation Maintenance Training (AAMT), a proud member of the Academy Global Group, is delighted to announce its strategic expansion to cater exclusively to the Americas. Academy 147 is recognized as an approved maintenance training organization accredited by prominent aviation authorities such as the FAA, EASA, UK CAA, GCAA (UAE), and CAAS (Singapore), among others.
In 2018, Academy 147 began offering FAA Accepted Maintenance Training, launching its service for the North American market through a satellite office.
In 2022, the decision was made to divide the business into two distinct entities: Academy 147, which continues to serve the European, African, Middle Eastern, and Asia Pacific regions, and the newly formed Academy Aviation Maintenance Training (AAMT), focusing exclusively on the Americas.
Situated in Central Florida, AAMT specializes in offering type-specific maintenance training and various technical courses for both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft across the Americas. Additionally, AAMT provides training on subjects such as Aircraft Electronics, Wiring, Avionics, and Sheet Metal, while also offering modular courses categorized as “Basic AMT” and “Advanced AMT,” covering a wide range of skills crucial for aviation technicians.
