Course Overview

This course covers the Cessna 680 series which includes the Latitude, Sovereign and Sovereign+ variants.  In our comprehensive Initial Level 3 Aircraft Maintenance courses, participants will acquire a wealth of knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to excel in various aspects of aircraft maintenance. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have gained expertise in the following key areas:

Maintenance Tasks and Component Handling:

Participants will learn to perform scheduled maintenance tasks, functional tests, service ground handling, and efficient removal and installation of various aircraft components.

Aircraft Systems and Operations:

Our course provides a solid understanding of the aircraft’s systems, major components, their locations, and their functions. Additionally, participants will be equipped with the know-how of appropriate maintenance and troubleshooting methods.

Utilization of Technical Documentation:

Participants will become adept at navigating and utilizing the aircraft’s technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and other approved data, ensuring effective maintenance procedures.

Identification and Resolution of Common Defects:

The course will focus on familiarizing participants with common defects and in-service faults specific to the aircraft type, equipping them with the necessary expertise to address these issues effectively.

Knowledge Delivery:

We employ a dynamic and interactive approach to knowledge delivery, integrating various visual media, diagrams, and training aids alongside our comprehensive training manuals. In select cases, students will have the opportunity to witness live demonstrations, gaining a hands-on understanding of the aircraft systems.

Practical Hands-On Approach:

We believe in a “Practical hands-on” approach to maintenance training. Our instructors are active professionals in the field and stay up-to-date with the latest in-service developments. This ensures that our participants receive the most relevant and practical insights during their training.

Optional Practical Add-On:

For an enhanced learning experience, we offer an optional “Practical” add-on. In this add-on, our experienced instructor will be available for an additional two days to conduct an in-depth aircraft walk-around and cover specific maintenance tasks as per the participants’ preferences. This customization allows us to cater to the specific needs and interests of our valued customers.
