About AAMT - Part of the Academy Aviation Group

This collaboration ensures that aviation professionals receive comprehensive, high-quality training tailored to the industry's evolving demands. AAMT's Avionics Initial Course expands on avionics systems and instrument theory, providing a detailed understanding of system operations and their interconnections with other aircraft systems. Upon completion, students will have in-depth knowledge of maintenance manuals, schematics, and other technical documents related to avionic systems. This course also focuses on maintenance checks, fault isolation, and basic troubleshooting procedures, guided by our expert instructors with years of industry experience. This 5-day (40-hour) course is designed to provide a structured learning experience led by expert instructors. The program is an FAA-accepted 40-hour Avionics courses with IA 8-hour refresher training approved per 8900.1 CHG 828 and is delivered in an instructor-led, cognitive-based training format. Participants have the flexibility to attend the training either virtually or in person, ensuring accessibility. The course follows a structured plan with defined objectives, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to enhance learning outcomes and skill retention.
